God’s Word is the final authority on how we live our lives. We intend to be shaped by
the counsel of Scripture. 2 Timothy 3:16-17

will in our lives so that we might respond appropriately to it. Romans 12:1, John 4:34, 5:19-20,
Philippians 4:6
Grace We want to accept any believer who has received God’s grace through accepting Jesus Christ as their personal Savior, and is turning away from their known sins with a desire
to be accountable to God and the authority of His Church. James 2:13, John 8:1-11, Eph. 2:5,

Growth We are committed to life-long, heart-felt pursuit of spiritual development. Hebrews
6:1, 1 Peter 2:24, Ephesians 4:30-32, 1 Thessalonians. 5:23-24, Ephesians 4:11-13

submitting our lives to God. Romans 12:9-13, 1Cor. 13:4-9, Colossians 3:12-14, Hebrews 10:24-25
Gifts We believe all Christians should use their spiritual gifts for the expansion of the
Kingdom of God and for the advancement of the local church. 1 Corinthians 12, Romans 12:4-6a
Giving Our response to the grace of God in our lives is the action of regular financial giving
to the local Church, for the advancement of life and ministry. Malachi 3:10, 2 Corinthians 9:6-8
Generations We intend to be a multi-generational, ethnically diverse, and culturally
representative congregation. Galatians 3:26-28, Luke 1:50, Ephesians 3:21, Psalms 78:4-6
